We are deeply committed to protecting your personal privacy. Our app is designed to serve as a sacred and private spiritual tool, meaning that your spiritual devotion, dhikr counter counts, and custom prayers remain strictly your personal affair.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

The Application does not require user account registration, sign-up, or login. We do NOT collect, store, sell, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal Identifiable Information (such as your full legal name, home address, physical location, phone number, or government IDs).
• Contact lists, address books, or social media profiles.
• Microphone audio, camera photos, or biometric information.
• Precise or approximate GPS location data.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All core functional data is stored 100% locally on your device using browser-level storage technologies (localStorage and Cache Storage APIs):

• Digital Tasbeeh Counts & Cycles: Current counter value, target counts (e.g. 33, 100), completed cycle counts, and lifetime cumulative count.
• Daily Adhkar Progress & Streaks: Today's completed prayers, streaks, goal preferences, and favorites list.
• Custom Adhkar: Any custom supplications, Arabic text, transliterations, and target numbers you manually enter.
• App Preferences: Selected color theme, dark mode status, vibration haptic strength, bead sound effect, and Arabic font size.

This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any external developer server.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Monetization)

The Application offers optional in-app subscriptions (such as Monthly Supporter or Annual Premium) to unlock an ad-free experience, custom color themes, and special benefactor badges.

• All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing.
• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, debit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account information.
• All financial transactions are governed strictly by the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the Application may display non-intrusive banner advertisements or occasional interstitial notices to support ongoing maintenance and development:

• Advertisements are served through Google AdMob.
• AdMob may use pseudonymous device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID) and standard diagnostic telemetry to deliver relevant, safe ads and prevent ad fraud.
• Family & Halal Content Standards: We actively apply category restrictions to filter out inappropriate categories (such as gambling, alcohol, adult content, or provocative themes) to maintain a respectful, family-friendly spiritual environment.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time on your Android device by going to Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID.

5. Device Permissions Used

The Application requests only the minimal permissions necessary for its intended functionality:

• android.permission.VIBRATE: Used exclusively to provide tactile haptic feedback when you tap the Tasbeeh counter bead or achieve a target cycle.
• android.permission.INTERNET: Used to stream authentic audio recitations, verify Google Play subscription status, and load ad units.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to determine whether the device is online or offline to cleanly switch to offline cached audio and storage.

6. Data Retention and User Deletion Rights

Because all personal progress data is stored locally on your device:

• You retain total control over your data.
• You can delete all counter history, preferences, and custom adhkar at any time by selecting "Reset All Data" within the App's Settings, or by clearing the app's cache and storage in your Android device's Settings → Apps menu.
• Uninstalling the app immediately and permanently erases all locally cached data.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Our Application is designed to be accessible, safe, and family-friendly for users of all ages, including children learning daily prayers with their families. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). The app strictly adheres to Google Play's Families Policy guidelines.

8. Security

All network communications (such as audio asset loading and Google Play Billing verification) are performed over secure, encrypted channels using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our features or changes in Google Play Developer Program policies. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
